A filter that solves liquid challenges with the functions of filtration, recovery, classification, and concentration.
An eco-friendly filter that produces no waste, designed for environmental compatibility! Additionally, its clog-free structure ensures maintenance-free operation and reduced running costs!
FILSTAR is a filter that can achieve high-precision filtration using only the flow of water. We solve your liquid-related concerns with four functions! Case Studies ■Filtration■ Customer in the machine tool manufacturing industry... wants to clean the cutting fluid to improve machining accuracy. → Function: Separates solid particles contained in the liquid. → Result: By separating the cutting fluid from chips and shavings, the cleanliness of the cutting fluid is stabilized. ■Recovery■ Customer in the food industry... wants to remove the skins of vanilla beans and recover the seeds. → Function: Recovers solid particles contained in the liquid. → Result: Separates the skins from the seeds of the vanilla beans, allowing for the recovery of only the necessary parts. ■Classification■ Customer in the capacitor industry... wants to improve the quality of ceramic capacitors. → Function: Separates solid particles of different sizes. → Result: By classifying the materials for capacitors, it becomes possible to collect ceramic powder of the same size, thereby improving the quality of ceramic capacitors with uniform powder grades. ■Concentration■ Customer in the semiconductor industry... wants to recycle liquid plating. → Function: Increases the concentration of the liquid. → Result: Concentrates the plating solution, recovers it as a solid, and recycles the recovered plating materials.
